[theme-reviewers] Abandoned/Changed Theme Name, Requesting Transfer

There are least two other themes not on WordPress.org named "Journal" as
well:

http://themeforest.net/item/journal-responsive-readable-wordpress-blog-theme/3921914

So, I'm not exactly saying no, but I am strongly suggesting that you might
want to rethink your naming choice here. Having a unique name is a fairly
important thing. Additionally, I hesitate to give a theme a name that
commonplace, and would not want other people using a theme with that name
to suddenly see an "update" for a theme that isn't the one they're
currently running.

Names matter. Pick a good one.
