[theme-reviewers] Abandoned/Changed Theme Name, Requesting Transfer

Hi Theme Reviewers,

This message is for Otto. Regarding this tweet sent by Chip, 
https://twitter.com/chip_bennett/status/457238636270845952, we'd like to 
see if we can have the theme name "Journal" transferred to our Slocum 
Themes/Slocum Studio (@slocumstudio) account.

Here's a bit of back-story:

We have a new theme that we'd like to submit named "Journal". After 
submitting, the theme-bot let us know that there was already a theme 
with that name. After doing a bit of research, we came across this 
ticket, https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15796#comment:6, which 
appears to have been abandoned and the theme name has since changed. 
Here's a link to the theme as it currently sits on GitHub: 
https://github.com/bestwebsoft/journalism-wordpress-theme.

Is it possible to transfer the "Journal" theme name to our account? Our 
trac/WordPress.org username is "slocumstudio" 
(http://profiles.wordpress.org/slocumstudio/). Please let us know if any 
other information is required.
