[theme-reviewers] Approved theme, marked as live is not live

Theme is now unsuspended.

For future reference, if you know that a Theme is suspended, please ping an
admin in the ticket after approval, so we know to unsuspend it.
Unfortunately, we don't have any feedback, outside of viewing the Theme in
the Theme Directory admin area, that a Theme is suspended.
