Does MIT require copyright? Then he should formalize it as
Copyright 2014 /name/

I don't think its Compatible if he says, that his name needs to be mentioned.

Hello!
I'm reviewing a theme, where author states the following:"Subtle uses the TBM Framework, developed by me and its completly free for use from anyone as long as its mentioned my name."
Then below he states that this TBM Framework is licensed under MIT.Does that make sense? Doesn't that make it incompatible with GPL?
