[theme-reviewers] Licensing question - Author sells on Mojo Themes

Looking at the actual MOJO License (
https://www.mojomarketplace.com/mojo-license ), they do explicitly state
that all WordPress Themes and Plugins are licensed solely under the GPL v2
or later.

But I agree the wording on the item's listing page seems to be at odds with
this.
