That is not a usage restriction, it is a support restriction.
This is more clearly stated on Mojo's Terms page:

B. Single-Domain Support
C. Five Domain Support
D. Developer Support
And so forth. They're not restricting usage, which would clearly not comply
with the license. But it is reasonable to sell different levels of support
at different prices. You can buy code and use it anywhere, but what level
of support you get depends on what you pay for.
