[theme-reviewers] Theme update resulting in "Stylesheet is missing" error

Hi,

I am the author of the Graphene theme 
<http://wordpress.org/themes/graphene>. Since the last theme update 
(version 1.9.2), a lot of my theme users reported getting the 
"Stylesheet is missing" error when they updated the theme via WP Admin. 
I have experienced this myself when updating a number of sites, and it 
seems to have about 50% chance of occurring.

Seeing that there is no way to delete a theme that is missing the 
stylesheet, we are forced to tell users to delete the theme's folder via 
FTP, which (unsurprisingly) a lot of them have no clue how to go about 
doing it. Can one of the admins (or Otto perhaps?) look into this issue?
