[theme-reviewers] Posts with no title and titles with numbers only

Hello everyone,

Since we advise that posts with no title should be handled gracefully -
http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Unit_Test#.28no_title.29 (and all themes
have been following that best practice for years) I just wanted to point
out a discussion with several edge cases while handling "titleless" posts
(including posts with 4 digits as title too):

Note the plugin by Viper007Bond in the comments, might be handy if you
happen to fall in a similar use case.
