[theme-reviewers] GPL and limiting usage

Then their gpl themes should removed from repo now right? and they have to
get removed from commercial page too because they wont have a proper GPL in
repo as rule saying in http://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/ :

Have at least one theme in the WordPress.org Themes
Directory<http://wordpress.org/themes/> that
