[theme-reviewers] Custom home page in the theme

Chip,
When a front-page.php is present is a theme, won't it take precedence over
the page selected at front page display settings, according to Template
Hierarchy <http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Hierarchy>?
I never tested it though.
