[theme-reviewers] images in theme package

Hello all,

I'm getting a little confused here. I know we've said that Bootstrap  
and it's icons have been discussed in the past, but I'm new to this  
mailing list am not familiar with what was previously discussed.

1. Are Bootstap and it's icons allowed?

2. Surely images from http://search.creativecommons.org/ cannot be  
used, as I didn't think CC was GPL compatable?

3. I've taken a look at the Make/Themes site but am struggling to find  
the list of GPL-compatable iconsets. Can someone point me to the page  
where I can find theme. I'm getting lost starting at  
http://make.wordpress.org/themes.

I know we're all volunteering to help WordPress get even bigger, so  
honestly THANK YOU to all of you for taking the time to help out.
