[theme-reviewers] Common Things Overlooked in Theme Reviews

The issue is with the variable name, which is usually $args. Everything the
Theme defines/places into the public namespace must be uniquely prefixed.
That's perfectly acceptable here:

$themeslug_primary_menu_args = array();
wp_nav_menu( $themeslug_primary_menu_args );
