[theme-reviewers] Reviews at Contributor Day

Hello everyone,

I'm writing from the Contributor Day at WordCamp Sofia here, we have
several volunteers for theme reviews so I have assigned a few themes
(commented on trac tickets) that we have people working on them.

That's a note to other reviewers and admins for the activity by new
commenting users, non-reviewers.
