[theme-reviewers] How many Theme Pages(Admin end) can be created?

One settings page - i.e. don't split settings into multiple pages.
But separate pages for help/documentation is fine. (Although I would
strongly recommend using contextual help for Theme docs, rather than a
separate admin page.)
