[theme-reviewers] How to reduce time for theme approvement?

Hi everyone,

Let's check more carefully submitted themes together in the future.
My theme was on reviews about 13 days, after this period theme was approved and goes live.

Today I download it and see empty readme.txt file.

I have submited new version 1.0.2 with fixes
