[theme-reviewers] Questions about reviewing a theme

Hi,

 

I've just started with doing theme reviews and am coming across some general
questions.

.         Is base64 font encoding for included fonts consider acceptable?

.         Are issues that fall mostly under aesthetics such as a site that
only handles short Site Titles well something that is flagged and a reason
not to approve. Where is the line between what is functioning verses
visually not optimal?

 

Thank you for your guidance. No doubt I'll have many more questions along
the way.
