[theme-reviewers] Programmatically grabbing the zip from a ticket

Howdy all,
Does anyone know of a way to programmatically grab the zipfile for a given
ticket, short of screenscraping the page and looking for "ZIP - " followed
by a download link?

Asking for a friend.
