[theme-reviewers] A question regarding a different type of theme: NerdMash.com

All,
  I am wondering if anything ever came of allowing Themes into the repo
that are not traditional WordPress themes.  I know there was some talk of
it a few years back but I'm not sure if it got anywhere.  My main inquiry
has to do with something like http://NerdMash.com.

  I have been using a WP theme as my daily feed reader.  It keeps track of
which articles are new for me and which I have read and also has a built in
Instapaper-like functionality with associated bookmarklet.  I like the idea
of having my own personal site for this stuff and I can control the
data/search functionality/etc. The bookmark portion of this is hidden
behind a login though.

Anyways,  I just thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone
thought it was worthy of throwing in the repo.  It would always be 100% GPL
and up-sell free.
