[theme-reviewers] Theme reviews update issue

Hi everyone, I am reporting a minor update issue with the theme reviews.

In my case (Customizr), if you look at the one star ratings page 
(http://wordpress.org/support/view/theme-reviews/customizr?filter=1), it 
shows one review but in the review rating table, the total count of one 
star review is 5.

It might be related to previous reviews that have been moderated and 
that are in still taken into account.
I might not be the only one having this problem I think.
