[theme-reviewers] Any interest in a TRT-specific Vagrant setup?

I would consider Monster Widget to be "nice to have" at best. Last I
checked, it sometimes threw errors that led to some false positives in some
Theme Reviews.

I would add Debug Bar to the list as well, as a "nice to have".

I think Theme Check and Log Deprecated Notices are the two *required*
Plugins.
