[theme-reviewers] DMS Update.

Hey guys,

Just letting you know, regarding .org guidelines and DMS, we're taking the
conversation seriously will be working on moving steadily towards a better
alignment w/ wordpress.org guidelines.


We just ask that anyone bringing up these issues email us/me directly and
help us understand what a better solution might be and the basis for your
arguments in the first place.
