[theme-reviewers] Reviewing theme with readability issues

Agreed, but, there's nothing preventing you from giving the theme
author feedback and your opinions on things of that nature too.
Constructive feedback is useful to the author even if it is not
relevant to the approved/not-approved nature of the review.
