[theme-reviewers] Order of reviews?

[wordpress at thinkupthemes.com]

I've tried uploading the updated theme however can't do so as my theme  
is greater than 1mb in size. I've done this from the attachment  
section. Am I doing something wrong?

Any advice would be really appreciated.
