[theme-reviewers] Regarding default logo of theme.

I don't understand this question. How is the "custom home page" (note: that
should be "custom site front page") being controlled by the admin panel?

Without knowing anything about how the Theme is developed, the following
must remain true:

* Theme must respect user configuration for "front page displays" in
Settings -> Reading
* Theme must support both static front page and blog posts index as the
site front page
* Theme must use the correct template files to implement custom front page
features
