Thank you, I think we're getting closer to an understanding.

You're right, I don't see any issue with Gravity Form's pricing structure,
their limitation is:

"*Support for 3 Sites*"

That is a good example of someone who's doing it right.

But, the site limit for PageLines is:

"*1 Website*"

When asked if that was a support limitation it was clarified that no, it
was a usage restriction. Do I need to provide the source for that yet again
or can we finally get on the same page?
