I just finished reviewing a theme, but the theme has a custom post type registered called slider. I didn't approve the theme, but I stated that in the ticket. I followed the theme guidelines located at http://make.wordpress.org/themes/guidelines/guidelines-plugin-territory/ Hope I did the right thing.
