[theme-reviewers] Featured Themes

That was actually the incentive that the admin chose for the theme
reviewers. Personally I think it is very awesome for both developers and
reviewers. The reviewers because they not only help get a theme in the repo
but they also learn along the way. Developers because they can better
refine both developer experience as well as user experience. We are all on
different levels of knowledge when it come to theme development and working
with WordPress. As much as I would love to be reviewing five themes a week
my schedule and other priorities won't allot for that. I'm lucky if I can
sneak in one now.

As Ulrich stated: Why review with no return?

I can totally understand where you are coming from but do remember that
just because it doesn't make 'featured' doesn't mean it isn't by any means
a horrible theme. :)
