 1. Your theme uses lots of Custom Post Types. It is strictly not allowed
 in the themes as its a plugin territorry.

 2. No License info for resources used in your theme has been provided.

 I could continue the review, but you have to make a lot of changes
 considering the amount of CPTs your theme depends upon. If you plan to
 resubmit the theme after removing all the custom post types, you can ask
 me and I will review your theme.
