[theme-reviewers] Theme Problems

1) Can be corrected in the next revision.

2) Are you talking like /page/2, /page/3, and so on?  That's standard WP 
behavior.

3) Make sure the markup is correct in your post edit screen.  This 
doesn't work correctly with the importer, and it's rare for a theme to 
overwrite the correct behavior from what I've seen.
