[theme-reviewers] Can a theme comes with build-in ecommerce feature?

Plugin support is okay as long as the theme doesn't output something itself.
For example, themes can support WooCommerce plugin available on WordPress
directory, but can not incorporate the features that the plugin offers
within the theme.
