[theme-reviewers] Need help regarding theme license for Free and Commercial

I don't want that chipbennett warn me again(He wrote on my ticket : Note:
if not corrected, this issue will require us to suspend your currently
approved Themes in the directory.) so i email here. I know everyone is
helping person here they helped me even i'm new on WordPress so i expected.
