[theme-reviewers] Theme having problem with developer plugin, is it acceptable?

Unfortunately the theme is not compatible with nav menu. Author has not
enabled it. There are absolutely no error below pages and of course I
have wp_debug enabled. If you would like to, have a look on the theme @
http://test.setmyself.com.
