[theme-reviewers] Asking users to review the theme

Emil can you give me a hint as to why its not allowed. After huge time
invested in developing a theme and then publishing it for free it in the
repository, shouldn't the developer be at-least allowed to ask the theme
users for a honest feedback? :)
