[theme-reviewers] Can my ThemeShop contain Paid Themes, which are not 100% GPL?

I have come across a few themes on WPORG, who have pro versions of their themes which consist of components like Isotope, Revolution Slider(ThemeForest), etc. 
If I properly purchase the extended license for these plugins, can i use them? I Think I have read this somewhere in the guidelines, that it is not acceptable, But still I would like to get a confirmation.
