[theme-reviewers] Putting a theme in the plug-in directory.

Hi guys,

I got this project going on, it's a bridge for connecting WordPress
and phpBB together and the way it written, everything is packaged up
as a WordPress theme.

Now I didn't start the project, I picked it up after someone abandon
it and most of it work quite well.

I know that no way in hell that it would get in the theme directory
but I'm just wondering if there is any chance of getting it in the
plugin directory.

Does anyone know if it can be done?
