[theme-reviewers] Theme approval issue

Hello all,

How do I approve a theme that has been "not approved" before? Yesterday I
reviewed a theme which was not able to meet the criteria, so I had to
declined the approval. After several updates that theme is working fine
now. So this theme now can be approved. The ticket has been closed for now
and how do I open that ticket again and approve the theme?
