[theme-reviewers] Using "WordPress" in a theme name

Hi,

Before I take a ticket & close it as not-approved, I just wanted to 
check that it's still not permissible to use "WordPress" as part of the 
theme's name.

If so, I'd have thought this would have been picked up by the submission 
check script.
