[theme-reviewers] HackDay with reviews at WordCamp Porto

Howdy,

Another note for a hack day with theme reviews, we're currently getting new
reviewers on board at WordCamp Porto.

I've "assigned" (commented just to keep them remarked) those themes to new
people getting into the process:

P3 - 1.0
Komachi - 1.0
Yume - 1.0
Simvance - 1.0
Nictitate-free - 1.0
Facu - 1
Flounder - 0.1.0

Hope that it's okay for the team and the admins and later/tomorrow they
could get the theme assigned officially (similarly to WordCamp Sofia) as I
don't have credentials to do so.
