Sakin: You should respond to the latest review tickets for the Clean Retina
and Attitude themes, and point out that large portions of the themes come
from your original versions. You should then ask that they add attribution
in some form to the readme or the stylesheet, to the effect of "Based on
the Simple Catch theme by Catch Themes".

Asking for proper attribution is the way to proceed forward in such cases.
