[theme-reviewers] A Very Interesting Theme Analysis

The link shows this theme: http://wordpress.org/themes/coller. Is the
screenshot for the theme permissible? It uses a picture from Despicable Me,
which I believe is not released under GPL. Quite a while back I was asked
to remove the picture of Marvin the Paranoid Android for the same
reason. Or would such usage fall under "Fair Use"?
