[theme-reviewers] Theme preview on wordpress.org

If waiting for server cache to clear doesn't solve the problem, it will be
something only Otto can fix.

As noted previously: this is one of the pitfalls of not defining/using sane
defaults in Themes, and relying on settings being saved to the database.
