[theme-reviewers] Ticket Closed

[Stephen Cui]

Just uploaded a new version of my another theme (to test the tract :-) )
The workflow is much better and works great. Now trac show more accurate
number and we do not have to close tickets when new version is uploaded.

Good job. Hopefully we will get more communication before hand in the
future.
