It was closed because you uploaded a newer version, and we're changing
how newer version uploads work in Trac.

Previously, newer versions would cause a new ticket to appear. It was
then the responsibility of the reviewer to check for, and close, the
older versions and review the newer ones instead, when they came up in
the queue.

Now, newer versions will no longer cause new tickets. Instead, they
will cause an update to the old tickets, as long as those old tickets
have still not been reviewed yet. This is a much simpler system that
keeps the queue orderly. Thus, any given theme should only ever have
one open ticket for it at any given time.

As part of this change, nacin went through and closed all older
versions with newer versions available. This is to make sure that all
current tickets are the latest versions, so that the new uploader
script doesn't have to contend with multiple older-tickets open when
doing updates to tickets.

The latest version of your theme (1.0.2) is still open and awaiting
review, and it will get reviewed soon.
