[theme-reviewers] Password protected posts

I recently came across few themes that do not display the password form on
Blog/Home page when a post is password protected. The theme review guide has
a basic point that this should be working, but the exact rule is unclear.

 

If a post is password protected, and the theme displays the password form on
the single post page but not the index page, then should this be a reason to
reject the theme?
