[theme-reviewers] Clarification on non-GPL themes on Author/ThemeURI

[Josh Pollock]

I got an in-ticket response to this issue today. Their up-sell themes,
which have free versions currently in the theme directory, carry this very
not gpl-compatible license: http://mythem.es/regular-license
