[theme-reviewers] Removing core features

Well, I simply don't like the idea of companion plugins in any context
anyways. And with that we're simply going to have to close on the fact that
people will simply have different preferences for this so long as it
remains a choice and doesn't eventually become required, which is my main
concern.
