[theme-reviewers] Spammers?

[Chandra Maharzan]

I am sure it is.. I just randomly cross checked 5-6 of his themes,
comparing some files. The URL he has even doesn't have WordPress anywhere.
Just sharing so it might help save some time when you check, really not
worth it I guess.
