[theme-reviewers] No Theme Image for 4 newest live themes??

Doesn't always happen, so it's probably related to the switch this
weekend from /extend/themes to just /themes -- as well as the various
redirects, caching issues, etc etc that go with such a move. Otto
posted about it maybe half an hour ago.
