[theme-reviewers] Credit link(s) question.

I am reviewing this theme (http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/12544)
which has a regular credit link in the footer. It also by default shows the
theme shop's email address and phone number, which is demonstrating the
theme's ability to highlight a business' contact info. Further it has in
the right hand sidebar, embedded in an iframe, a youtube video that is a
promo for another theme by this theme theme shop.

The contact info and youtube video are overridden by user settings in theme
options. This theme is a 'lite' version of an up-sell theme.

The youtube video in the iframe I think is a problem. On the other hand,
including their contact info to demonstrate a theme function doesn't bother
me, unless it counts as having two credit links.

Should I reject the theme for either of these issues?
