[theme-reviewers] Pages: date/time stamp should not be displayed?!

Because WordPress *is* a CMS, and is *always* used "as a CMS".
The phrase is a pet peeve of mine, because it implies that WordPress is
merely an inferior, blogging platform by default, rather than a true CMS.
